By booking a session, package, or group program through our website https://resonancerepatterningindia.com/ or via Razorpay, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Services (Digital Only – No Shipping)

All services offered by Resonance Repatterning India are digital, online, and service-based, including:

  • One-to-one sessions
  • Group sessions
  • Packages or multi-session plans

👉 No physical products are sold or shipped.
👉 No shipping charges apply.

2. Payments

  • Payments are collected online via Razorpay or other approved payment methods
  • All prices and fees are clearly communicated before booking
  • Payments are required in advance unless stated otherwise
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Cancellation by Client (Before Session)

  • If you cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours before the session time:
    • You are eligible for either a refund or rescheduling
    • The choice of refund or rescheduling will be confirmed at the time of request
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
    • ❌ No refund
    • ❌ No rescheduling

b) No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:

  • The session will be treated as completed
  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided

c) Completed Sessions

Once a session (1-to-1 or group) has been conducted:

  • No refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome or experience

4. Packages & Multi-Session Plans

  • Packages and bundled sessions are non-refundable once started
  • Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled, subject to:
    • Availability of the teacher
    • Validity period of the package (if applicable)
  • Partial refunds for unused sessions are not available

5. Group Sessions

  • Group sessions are conducted based on availability and minimum participation
  • Missed group sessions are non-refundable
  • Recording access (if provided) is at the discretion of Resonance Repatterning India

6. Cancellation by Resonance Repatterning India

If a session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • Rescheduling at a mutually convenient time

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Individual experiences and results may vary
  • Refunds cannot be requested based on personal expectations, outcomes, or subjective results
  • No guarantees are offered as part of wellness or holistic services

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on bank or payment provider
  • Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted

9. Recurring Payments

Currently:

  • ❌ No automatic recurring subscriptions are applied

If recurring or subscription-based services are introduced in the future, clear terms will be displayed before payment.
